Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Focus i-Tech Solutions, we aim to provide high-quality IT solutions including Hardware support, Software development, AI modules, App development, and Industrial Training. Because we provide diverse services, our refund policies differ based on the nature of the engagement.
2. Software, AI, and Mobile App Development
Custom software development projects are divided into distinct milestones as agreed in the project contract:
- Upfront Payments / Deposits: The initial deposit paid before project kick-off is fully refundable within 3 business days of signing, provided no design or coding work has commenced.
- Milestone Deliveries: Once a project milestone is completed, reviewed, and signed off by the client, the corresponding milestone payment is non-refundable.
- Project Cancellation: If a client requests cancellation mid-development, charges will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for hours worked, and any remaining balance will be returned.
3. Hardware Setup & Networking Contracts (AMC)
Hardware support and network configuration refunds conform to these terms:
- Supplied Hardware Goods: Physical hardware purchases (servers, routers, switches, wiring) are subject to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranties and return policies. Returns of non-defective goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee within 10 days of purchase.
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC): You can cancel an AMC contract within 30 days of initiation. A pro-rated fee for any support hours delivered will be deducted, and the rest will be refunded.
4. Industrial Trainings & Bootcamps
For candidates registered in Focus i-Tech Academy courses:
- Cancellation Before Classes: Full 100% refund of course fees is available if requested prior to the first class batch start.
- Trial Period: Students can claim a full refund within 3 calendar days of starting their training batch.
- Late Refund Requests: No refunds are issued after the 3rd training session has completed.
5. Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund request, you must submit a formal ticket with your company details and project contract reference to: refunds@focus-itech.com. All refund approvals are processed within 7-10 working days back to the original payment source.
