1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website and engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not access our services.

2. Scope of Services

Focus i-Tech Solutions provides IT systems hardware configurations, software architectures, custom mobile apps, AI-driven automation modules, and industrial academy bootcamps. All cost estimations provided by our online quote calculator are indicative placeholders. Official service prices are determined exclusively by physical contract agreements.

3. Project Contracts & Payments

All software development projects require a signed Scope of Work (SOW) document before programming starts. Payment milestones must be met as outline in the SOW. Late payments may result in halting development or delaying cloud hosting setups.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless specified in writing, all source code, frameworks, custom tools, and designs developed by Focus i-Tech Solutions remain our intellectual property until full final payment is cleared. Upon completion, ownership of custom codebase segments is transferred to the client, excluding proprietary library components.

5. Academy Student Conduct

Students enrolled in our industrial training academy must follow system safety and hardware usage rules inside our computer lab. Focus i-Tech Solutions reserves the right to terminate candidates' enrollment for behavior policy violations without refunds.

6. Limitation of Liability

Focus i-Tech Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss, hardware breakdown, or business disruption) arising out of the use of our services or supplied third-party software/APIs.
